The four-course sequence of Arabic (1410, 1420, 2310, and 2320) satisfies the foreign language requirement in the College of Liberal Arts.

Enrich knowledge of the Arabic culture and the four basic skills of listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Expand vocabulary with emphasis on grammar; develop oral proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and spoken Arabic. Most students will need to complete Arabic 1410 and 1420 before beginning 2310.
